Rivers von Reinheim is a gorgeous 18 month old German Shepherd with a soft coat and soft, gentle nature. He's a bit unsure of himself in our busy kennel setting but always so sweet and kind. He seeks reassurance from humans, likes to be physically close, leaning in for pets and resting his head in your lap, and in no time becomes your shadow. On leash Rivers is easy to handle, he just might start off wanting to be touching you, but responds to reassurance and proceeds along nicely, and does well meeting and walking with other dogs. In playgroups off-leash he also greets dogs well and mingles a bit, and doesn't mind dogs playing around him. He's also passed his initial small dog and cat testing. We know our tender-hearted boy will blossom in a loving home. Come meet Rivers if you are looking for a gentle pup to help nurture and introduce to the wonders of the world.
